I’m Carlos Chavez. Originally from San Antonio, Texas, I came to the Seacoast through AmeriCorps and made this area home. My background includes years in psychology and human services, managing group homes, corporate management, and sports coaching before moving into carpentry and working with property management companies.

That experience shaped how I work: listen carefully, communicate clearly, and follow through. Today, I bring that same approach to carpentry and property maintenance, with a focus on practical solutions and craftsmanship I can take pride in.
